Briar Hill has been a special place for little people since 1976. Many of our camp counselors, and some of our group leaders first came to Briar Hill as campers and nursery school students, and our school and camp staff work hard to provide an enriching environment for your children. Come and visit and see the difference for yourself.

 

Briar Hill School is an education oriented preschool certified by the state of New Jersey. Our philosophy is to make learning fun and provide choices. We care about your children and want to see them grow. First and second year classes are available to best meet the needs of each child. Classrooms have a wide variety of teaching materials and are staffed with a certified nursery school teacher and an assistant. There are numerous activities for the kids to participate in, as well as being a great place to learn. We believe in teaching and encouraging the students along, not pushing them. Everybody learns and grows at their own pace.

Camp Briar Hill has an excellent swim program, and our sports and crafts programs get great parent reviews every year. We have multiple special events almost every camp day. And our Leadership Team works hard to plan a more exciting program each summer. Frankly, it is a challenge to top last year’s camp season every year, but that is what we strive to do.

 

Our focus is on getting better, not bigger. That is one of the reasons why we ask parents for feedback every year.
